The key deadlines, for both of them.

Put in your due date and a few details. You’ll get the main claims, notices and childcare dates for twins in the UK, worked out for you, with the twin catches flagged.

Leave blank if you haven’t decided. If the twins come first, leave starts the day after the birth.
This decides the grants. The planner shows them if you’re not sure.

General information, not advice. Dates are worked out from the rules on GOV.UK, NHS and mygov.scot, checked November 2026. Rules and amounts change, usually each April, and your own situation may differ, so check the linked page before you rely on a date. After-birth dates use the due date until you tell the planner the twins have arrived.
